You dream about working from home.
Your babies are only little once - they are already growing up to fast - and this virtual assisting thing sounds great, but there is so much information out there.
Where do you even start?
It’s overwhelming. You have no clue what services to offer, you’re not sure where to even look for clients and staying motivated - well it would be nice if you had some accountability.
Your husband doesn’t really get it, and most of your friends are working traditional 9 to 5’s.
You’re a smart, organized mama who knows she can be an exceptional business owner, with lots of clients, the flexibility to be home when your kids have the inevitable sick days or be able to make their soccer game without having to worry about using your PTO.
You would love a group of mamas who know what you’re going through, who are going to grow your business right alongside you.
And someone who has been there, who has grown this kind of business, to show that it’s possible.
That’s where coaching comes in comes in.
Through 5 sessions with me, unlimited support, a tribe of like minded mamas and job opportunities flowing, you have the chance to launch and grow your own successful virtual assistant business in 5 weeks!

Virtual Co-Working – Join us weekly for an hour of dedicated work time. It’s perfect for accountability and doesn’t allow you to get away with scrolling through Instagram for an hour when you should be scheduling discovery calls or other important work in your business
What we are going to talk about Each week
Week 1 - We dive right in to what services you’re offering, who you are offering them to and how to start talking about what you’re doing. We also cover building your social proof so your potential clients know, like and trust you - without paying for a website. Mixing and mingling is the way to get clients you love and clients who love you. Learn the tips on how to effectively mingle and schedule all the discovery calls. Plus how to make booking discovery calls easy peasy for everyone.
Week 2 - Get discovery calls and sign clients. Figure out the perfect structure for your calls so that you turn your prospects into paying clients. Also, learn what to include in your proposals so you’ve got people clamoring to work with you. Hourly rates versus packages and how to determine what structures works best for you and your business goals. You probably don’t need as many clients as your brain is telling you that you do, and why you can (and probably should) charge more than you think.
Week 3 - Managing your mindset is one of the hardest parts of being a business owner, so learning these skills now, you’re laying the foundation for your own success. This is a practice that is applicable to all aspects of your life, and is something you’ll be able to come back to again and again. How to work with your kids (and other distractions – hey RHONJ!) when you’re working from home - like why getting a shower and getting dressed each day is just as important as managing your schedule as well as you manage your client’s.
Week 4 - Best practices for working with clients is where you are going to learn how to handle onboarding, gathering all your clients information and establishing boundaries from day one so it’s a happy engagement for everyone involved. Contracts, taxes and getting paid - three of the most important pieces of running your business that you will have to manage. Learn why you really should to talk to a lawyer, as well an accountant/tax professional and some of the things you can do to prepare yourself for being a CEO.
Week 5 - Taking small steps every day to maintain momentum and grow your business, plus a little math to figure out how many clients you need to achieve your financial goals that still fits into your schedule and busy mom life. Plus, your idea of balance probably needs to be thrown out the window so you can do all the things you WANT to do. Growing your business and achieving your goals is the topic of our final session. Moving forward, what do you see for your future? What actionable steps can you put in place to achieve these goals?
What if I have no experience? You honestly probably have way more experience than you are giving yourself credit for. The cool thing about virtual assisting is you get to customize your business to apply to your strengths and your goals. Together we can hone in on what exactly it is you are going to offer and who you are going to offer it to.
Isn’t everyone and their sister a VA right now? That’s your brain trying to keep you safe. Yes, there are a few VA’s out there right now, but I also know that there are just as many people looking for remote support, and even more business owners who don’t that virtual assisting is a “thing.” Do you think restaurants worry that there are so many other restaurants out there for you to choose from? Or nail salons? Or magazine publishers? Or shoe companies?
What if I can’t make the live group coaching calls? No worries! Mom life and life in general can throw a wrench in your plans from time to time. All the calls will be recorded on Zoom and shared in the group for you to watch and refer back to whenever you can.
I’ve invested in other programs in the past, what makes this one different? This is the program I wish I had had when I started working as a VA. It’s a hybrid program that combines 1:1 coaching with small group coaching. You get continuous, personalized support from me, plus the support of the other women in The virtual hive to brainstorm, talk through things with and grow your businesses together. You aren’t going through this program alone. There’s accountability which is a real game changer.
My goal is to support as many women as possible to gain the flexibility and freedom that we needs a moms, heck, simply as humans, to live our best lives. This program makes it as accessible as possible to everyone.
